We haven’t seen HadCRUT November yet.

Hey! You’re stealing my thunder with respect to my comments about upcoming UK weather.
And HadCrut3 up to the end of Oct still does not add up to 0.52C as stated by Met:-
http://www.metoffice.gov.uk/news/releases/archive/2010/record-temperatures
The latest I can find is at:-
http://www.cru.uea.ac.uk/cru/data/temperature/hadcrut3gl.txt
Gives 0.499C?
Am I at the wrong site? Or have they taken into account the SST “underestimations”?
I think you have to wait for Nov. data and accompanying adjustments.

Jim set the bar pretty high at +0.74C..
It’s going to take a lot of hard work to make the appropriate “adjustments.” (:-

Do you have a link to the Havana story?
