   Magnetic North Pole Shifts, Forces Runway Closures at Florida Airport

   The planet’s northern magnetic pole is drifting slowly but steadily towards Russia — and it’s throwing off planes in Florida.

   Tampa International Airport was forced to readjust its runways Thursday to account for the movement of the Earth’s magnetic fields, information that pilots rely upon to navigate planes. Thanks to the fluctuations in the force, the airport has closed its primary runway until Jan. 13 to change taxiway signs to account for the shift, the Federal Aviation Administration said.

       I’ll put my hat in the ring and blame the Sun.
       Not only is it in a low funk as far as sunspots. there is also a distinct lack of magnetic and radio frequency activity.

   It certainly will take scientists a long time to figure out an explanation of how global warming freezes turtles. They may even figure out what the next scam for money is faster.

   I thought the hockey stick just showed ever increasing warmth, not cold. You aren’t supposed to change the rules in the middle of the game.

   Mann knew we were headed into an ice age all along, but a printing SNAFU meant that a mirror image of the hockey-stick wound up being published. Then Gore got hold of it before it could be corrected, and it all got kind of messy……..
