Water is an interesting fluid. Normally fluids attempt to flatten, but in the case of seawater it locates poor countries and pools into mounds around their coastlines. By contrast, it leaves places like California alone.

Sea levels have been rising since the termination of the last ice age. Currently there is no clear evidence of an acceleration. Evidence points to cooling for at least a period. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?
