   Can I say the Scots are very welcome to that snow, and can keep it, as far as I’m concerned?
   Nothing against the Scots – but here in the more southerly parts of the Celtic Fringe we’ve had more than enough of that white stuff, and the cold … we don’t want any more of that, thank you very much!
