Something New On The Ice
http://www.arctic.io/observations/8/2011-08-05/8-N72.724809-W137.101428 A couple of observations. The wind compacted the ice in the Beaufort Sea today. Shadows are appearing on the ice. No more midnight sun, except for very close to the pole.
