   Louise Gray has never, to my knowledge, responded to a comment on her reports, even when typos or grammatical errors are notified (they remain unchanged to this day). Wouldn’t be much use asking her where I can get a refund on my factor 60 then?

     That would be a Brain Bucket cut because they left the handles in front of the ears. A true “Bowl Cut hides the eyebrows and brushes the top of the ears, every thing below that line is shaved off! 😉
