Cooling The Past In Maine

Thermometers in Maine show that maximum temperatures have cooled substantially since 1895. However, the data presented to the public shows the opposite – because of data manipulation. For Farmington, Maine – USHCN subtracts as much as seven degrees from pre-1900 data, and make the cooling trend turn into a warming trend.

    Trend suggests Maine emerged from under the glaciers receded in about 1650.

    The Mayflower emigrants didn’t die from starvation, they died after the ship ran into a titanic iceberg the size of America.

    I’m almost tempted to FOIA the original USHCN data and the reasons why the adjustments were done.

    Steve, and your p[oint is? 98% of scientists have always claimed that the adjustments are caused by increasing CO2, not the temp itself. /sarc
