Good post. Of course Obama added his portion in large part because of the biggest financial meltdown since the depression. What were the reason’s that Bush added his 4 trillion?
Tony, the debt, and then the additional debt has exacerbated the financial mess. The additional spending didn’t help anything and was incredibly detrimental to recovery. Using the recession as an excuse for graft and payback isn’t all that helpful.
BTW, let’s not forget George had an inherited recession early in his presidency, too.
Tony, Bush, $4 trillion? … really? … you wanna show all of us here where you get that number? … albeit everyone in the world for that matter? … must be that new math crap again. … dolt …
I thought Scott said Tony was banned? I thought that would have been unusual because Steve has a very good policy towards the chimps who don’t agree with him, unlike some sites……

I think he provides some good comic relief … I have been reading his comments for quite a while now, and I have yet to see a verifiable fact or direct coherent response.
Barack Obama voted “yea” on the $700 billion TARP. If Obama had been there for all 8 years of Bush’s Presidency he would have voted ‘yea’ on every one of Bush’s debt votes. Obama never saw a debt he didn’t like. Bush did not, and could not, add debt “all on his lonesome”.

Repeated for Truth!
Not to mention if you remove the last two Pelosi-Reid socialist congress budgets, and substitute the previous two moderate RINO budgets, the numbers dive further.
I think democrats are hysterical…..
When there’s a republican president…..it’s all his fault
When there’s a democrat president…..it’s all the fault of Congress and the Senate
Of course Obama voted “yea” on TARP, it was a democrat idea by democrats that had a super majority……………..
What gets me is how many people I talk to about the debt and they do little more than shrug their shoulders. To put it in perspective, all the gold ever mined by man is worth about $7 trillion.
lol, AAM is on a role!
lol
beginners luck
BTW, I’m hoping this video goes viral and is played on tv over and over and over.

Kool Aide alert
Dear Mr. Dunce-y-man guess BHO had no mind of his own. Is this politics of low expectations driven by your honky racism.
And if it was not for Congress he would be planning on increasing it for the next 5 years.

What’s funny is Obama help create the recession he ‘inherited’.

Squidly,
Hey if you look above you might see that I accomplished BOTH of those things – factual coherence all in one short comment. You must have inspired me.
First time for everything, right?

The Audacity of Hypocrisy.

Deficits-Surplus by Congressional Control 1995-2009
Obama: a man that said anything he had to to get elected, and now reelected.

Pelosi campaigned on lowering gas prices and open and transparent…….
We have to hurry up and vote on it, so you can read what’s in it…………
Obama : “Adding $4 Trillion In Debt Is Irresponsible And Unpatriotic”
If that is the case, then what Obama has done is outright treason.
Possibly so since he is doing it with both eyes fully open.
