Obama is against regime change – by other Presidents.
There remains a degree of uncertainty and there are still regime elements who pose a threat. But this much is clear: The Gadhafi regime is coming to an end, and the future of Libya is in the hands of its people.

Libyan Draft Constitution: Sharia is ‘Principal Source of Legislation’
But despite the Lockean tenor of much of the constitution, the inescapable clause lies right in Part 1, Article 1: “Islam is the Religion of the State, and the principal source of legislation is Islamic Jurisprudence (Sharia).” Under this constitution, in other words, Islam is law. That makes other phrases such as “there shall be no crime or penalty except by virtue of the law” and “Judges shall be independent, subject to no other authority but law and conscience” a bit more ominous.
The left has no issue with a Caliphate, but completely buys into the ‘separation of church and state’ nonsense. The first item printed by the congressional printing press, was the Holy Bible, which was issued to each freshman member of congress. The other item printed by congress and issued to each congressman was a volume of the words of Jesus, edited from the Bible by Thomas Jefferson. Jefferson said it was impossible to properly understand our constitution without an understanding of Christianity. Our founders held daily prayer services at the start of each session, in the halls of congress.
What they said and believed is that governments should not compel citizens to participate in any particular religion, or religion at all.
“We have no government armed with power capable of contending with human passions unbridled by morality and religion. Avarice, ambition, revenge, or gallantry, would break the strongest cords of our Constitution as a whale goes through a net. Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate for the government of any other.”- John Adams, Oct. 11, 1798
“We have staked the future of all of our political institutions upon the capacity of mankind for self-government, upon the capacity of each and all of us to govern ourselves, to control ourselves, to sustain ourselves according to the Ten Commandments of God.”- James Madison
“[N]either the wisest constitution nor the wisest laws will secure the liberty and happiness of a people whose manners are universally corrupt. He therefore is the truest friend of the liberty of his country who tries most to promote its virtue, and who, so far as his power and influence extend, will not suffer a man to be chosen onto any office of power and trust who is not a wise and virtuous man.” Samuel Adams
“Bad men cannot make good citizens. It is when a people forget God that tyrants forge their chains. A vitiated state of morals, a corrupted public conscience, is incompatible with freedom. No free government, or the blessings of liberty, can be preserved to any people but by a firm adherence to justice, moderation, temperance, frugality, and virtue; and by a frequent recurrence to fundamental principles.” Patrick Henry
“God who gave us life gave us liberty. And can the liberties of a nation be thought secure if we have removed their only firm basis: a conviction in the minds of men that these liberties are the gift of God? That they are not to be violated but with His wrath? Indeed, I tremble for my country when I reflect that God is just; that His justice cannot sleep forever.”- Thomas Jefferson
We were given free will by our Creator and no government has the right to remove that. Christianity is the polar opposite of Islam in that it allows citizenry to stray. But do not confuse Christianity with state sponsored religion, by any name, that leads to ‘The Spanish Inquistition’ and Henry the VIII.
Obama helped the beheaders/women beaters take over.
