John Cook says that 97% of climate scientists believe that climate models are correct. Yet 100% of the climate models say that they are incorrect.
This leaves us with a 3% possibility that Cook’s study is not a fraud.

I’m sorry, John Cook’s what?
I’m not sure the idea that the models are 100% wrong is fair. There are a couple bumping along the bottom of the prediction that don’t appear to be too far out:

I’d say only 97% of climate models are significantly wrong.
The best models are off by almost 100% from actual temperatures.
