My earlier diagnosis of a bad ink cartridge was wrong. It turns out that the printer itself was the problem, and needed repair.
Disrupting the Borg is expensive and time consuming!

Sometimes I’ve had trouble with the wall socket when I thought it was my device.
In that case your repair method might cause the lights to flicker.
Ink Counter ??

Stop torturing yourself with inkjets. Get a laser printer. I bought a Brother brand color laser a few years ago. Turned out to be cheaper and a heck of lot less frustrating to operate.
You should be careful when repairing electronics on your own, you could void the warranty.
I suspect his method did void the warranty. 😉
Good one. ROTFLMAO!
Do you suppose it got the point?
I switched to laser printer after inkjet went. Black only toner. There’s no black only inkjet printers except fax machines?
You get much better results with .40 hollow points.
you couldnt pay me to buy Lexmark:-) (or hp)
hope the new ones a canon.
and any of the new ones that are chipped ink wise, are a supercon job.
when you buy the printer buy a chip resetter as well, that canon at least can be refilled multiple times as long as you dont let it run out the first time its low.
I LIKE!! the means of final repair you chose though. good repurposing 🙂
