Yesterday, afternoon temps in Upper Michigan were in the 40’s. That is absurd for late July.
Chicago in the 50s last night, expecting a record low high today for the date. Previous low high 69. Currently 63 deg. Predicted 66-67 deg (at O’Hare heat island).
