“Ultimately, if you think about all the youth that everybody has mentioned here in Africa, if everybody is raising living standards to the point where everybody has got a car and everybody has got air conditioning, and everybody has got a big house, well, the planet will boil over — unless we find new ways of producing energy.”
The man is a bona-fide whack job.
I thought the Africans only boiled people.
He should know.
Obama just wants to hook Americans up to his H2O slavery barge and put everyone in this country to work, paying the third world not to work. Why did you folks think that there was a mini riot in Durban, South Africa when the Climate Change confab was held there in December 2011?
The reason was that when it became obvious that there was not going to be an agreement signed at the Durban meeting the locals suddenly saw their iron rice bowl ridding off into the sunset. The call went out to occupy Durban and for Social Justice. President Boo Boo is so far in front of you stupid people that it isn’t even funny anymore.
Wow, that’s so racist. Why does Dear Leader hate black folk so much?
Progressivism leads inevitably to utter irrationality and eventually political, as well as moral, chaos.
“It’s hard to keep a good man down”, unless your name is Barak and your game is F_ _ _ the blacks!
It’s a good thing though that he acknowledges the mutually opposed ideals of “climate change” mitigation vs. 3rd world development.
As the rest of the world sees how we live here in the West, thanks to the web, they’ll want to live like us too.
Can’t keep them down in the farm anymore. Arab spring and all.
The Dems will have to pick their poison: development or climate change. New energy may not be enough.

E. Kennedy & G. Soros picked the right guy when they picked BHO. BHO will literally say anything that he’s told to say by his masters without an iota of chagrin.
“The only hope for the world is to make sure there is not another United States. We can’t let other countries have the same number of cars, the amount of industrialization, we have in the US. We have to stop these Third World countries right where they are.”
