   Boehner should send a letter to the President reminding him of the War Powers Act; that if he intends to take any more action against Bolivia, he needs Congress’ approval.

   A quick look over the pilot’s shoulder would have confirmed if Snowden was aboard. They should have radioed back “bullshit” and kept going.
