Pentagon Predicted That Syria Would Experience Normal Weather For Syria

I blame our pathetic foreign policy on Yo-Yos.
Climate change in the new Kevin Bacon.
Was that their excuse for 9/11 too?
Hmmm… a drought from 2006 to 2011, and the Pentagon warned of that in 2010? Interesting technique. Let me try that. “I hereby warn the American people that beginning in 2008 an idiot will be elected to serve as President for the terms 2009 to 2017!”
Maybe I can get a job at the Pentagon.
Are these people %^^ king idiots ? Are they really suggesting that the troubles are caused primarily by non existent climate change? Now I’m a great believer that yes climate, eco social conditions all play a part . Syria is a poor country by most standards but to blame sudden climate change that hasn’t happened is bollocks. I can see a bad year for food production causing grumblings but that pales into insignificance when compared the ‘Arab Sprung’ and the Muslim Brotherhood
Anyhow without looking at the situation , my gut instinct tells me the drought and irrigation is a constant theme. If you look at the Islamic world in terms of the middles east , their livestock rearing system falls woefully short of the amount of sheep that they consume which amounts to four million alone from Australia every year. Of course due to Halal killing these animals have to be alive to get their throats cut but hey, we all have to make sacrifices.
Anyhow I digress : the main issue here is that is it is always arid in the middle east and warming climate change will hardly change that ; in fact any climate change would be a blessing in those areas as it can’t get any worse
