If I give you $100, then take $60. And then after a few years give you $10, would you be excited? Year by year there are fluctuations but if you look at the entire graph the trend is CLEARLY headed down. Don’t believe me, ask the cowerd that post this snapshot to post the entire graph. Yes,if you start your graph in 1979, after 20 years ol cooling, the trend is down. But if you start the graph in 1930 or 1950, the trend is not so down at all.
