One problem with the diagram is that it says CO2 is like an enclosed glass roof, which doesn’t take into account convective heat transfer.

It would seem logical to believe that the same amount of incoming solar radiation would be reflected away from the Earth as reflected back to the Earth, but that wouldn’t get grant money from the governments of the world.

Glass in a green house DOES NOT trap radiant heat. The so-called “green house” effect is a myth that was disproved by reliable science more than a century ago. Any competent physicist would know that. When money is talking to brain dead zombies, facts and science is irrelevant.
