Two weeks from now, Obama will be faced with either giving the American people the same relief from Obamacare which he already gave businesses – or go into default. No one will accept him doing the latter, and most people don’t want Obamacare.

Obama is holding all the aces. He will not back down. It is has one big thing. He just backed down after Syria, he ain’t going to do it again. He does not need to worry about re-election, unlike a lot of others.

Obama holds nothing. His only prayer is Boehner’s weakness. Okay, Obama does have that going for him.
Wrong, Obama will lose big again. This shutdown is going to be a huge wakeup for a lot of people. He, Reed, Pelosi and many Democrats are going to look like the petty, spoiled brats they are.

Look for small businesses to sue Big Brother under the equal protection clause. It is unConstitutional for the government to allow big business exemptions while holding small businesses to the letter of the ACA. Obamacare facepalm.
Plus, since when did O’emperor get the power to wave his scepter and “declare” that some are exempt and others are not?
So, the GOP insisting the rule should apply to all equally, AND giving the Dim-o-rats another year to get their act together before bludgeoning the country is actually helping them to look less stupid.
They should be hammering this message of “legalizing” the 1 year “waiver”.
