    If the press had done its job and reported the CHAOS and FEAR that gripped world leaders in August 1945, the Wizard of Oz would not have remained hidden from the public for sixty-nine years.

      Serious butt kicking will begin when Presidents of the National Academies and Heads of Federal Research Agencies are required to resign and

      a.) Disclose voluntarily, with promises of immunity, past deception of the public, or
      b.) Face criminal prosecution for fraud and misappropriation of public funds
