The USHCN station at Ada, Minnesota took their temperature readings at 7 am during the 1930s. They show exactly the same pattern of very hot weather during the 1930’s, and much cooler since 1988.
The “blame the hot 1930s on TOBS” scam is just the latest of many from the team.
Looks like Zeke has proved your point hahaha They always cool the past!

Good on him. Thanks Zeke
Perhaps they merely suffer from terminal nostalgia–the past was COOL, man! That, and too much hemp render them incapable of objective, science-based logic, only emotional ranting, sweating and panting while attempting to string words together in a coherent statement.
Note how ad hominem attacks leave untouched the scientific facts. One item not mentioned is direct heating of atmosphere by the various energy uses: in 2008 roughly 8.5 million Hiroshima atomic bombs worth of energy was produced world-wide. The heat models are wrong because that much energy produced inside the ‘greenhouse’ is going to have a significant effect using those models.
Graph 1 tells us all what you need to know (Zeke’s post at Lucias) LOL
If you are talking about hottest day of the month or coldest night of the month, there is absolutely no way TOBS can have any effect whatsoever. The only scenario I can think of is when the hottest day is right at the end of a month, then maybe changing TOBS will roll that day into the next month (i.e. a sampling artifact) but the basic probability of that happening is 1 in 30 but actually much less than that when you consider that every month ends at midnight, and we don’t expect midnight to be the hottest anything.
+1
TOBS adjustment is a mini-scam component of the mega-scam.
