Eighteen years of no global warming is cherry picking weather.
Climate is a warm week in Sochi, a heavy rain in Miami, or a hurricane in New Jersey.

Is this “opposite day”?
It was normal in Sochi. The winter Olympics were in the mountains high above Sochi. It’s like having the Olympics on Mount Rainier and they give the alarming report that there is no snow in Seattle.
Thank God for social media. We’re no longer captives of the Official Truth ministry.
My favorite is how quiet the climate fanatics are all winter then when summer rolls around they start screaming about the Arctic melting. Hordes of fanatics rush north to get pictures of melting sea ice and pass it off as some unnatural event. To them summer means global warming.
The CAGW cultists have no more long term outlook than mayflies.
To them summer means global warming.
That is funny …
Easiest thing to do is to manipulate a mass of people to believe something. Global warming alarmism is an example of this. It is how politicians throughout history have gained power by manipulating people’s minds. Worst example in history was Nazi Germany.
“Extraordinary Popular Delusions and the Madness of Crowds” by Scottish journalist Charles Mackay, first published in 1841.

Per wiki: The subjects of Mackay’s debunking include economic bubbles, alchemy, crusades, witch-hunts, prophecies, fortune-telling, magnetisers (influence of imagination in curing disease), shape of hair and beard (influence of politics and religion on), murder through poisoning, haunted houses, popular follies of great cities, popular admiration of great thieves, duels, and relics.
Of course, it’s taken for granted that scientists are immune from popular delusions and group think!
Only for those who have never worked with people with PhDs. Feet of clay anyone?
