Intelligence Is A Thing Of The Past In Climate Science

Global warming might not lead to colder winter days in the future, as scientists initially thought,  according to a new study published in the UK-based Nature Climate Change.

Experts have learned that they can change their story every three weeks, and have their useful idiots in the press dutifully parrot whatever they say.

“Winters will be milder”.. “Extreme cold in winter is consistent with CAGW”… “Global warming might not lead to colder winter days”

It has been beyond comical for some time; now it’s beyond ludicrous. Alarmists cluelessness knows no bounds.

  2. Most of them don’t know it, perhaps, but what they really want is war, and to come out on top in the end, not the truth of things.

As the Soviet Union evolved into Stalin’s dictatorship, the KGB received orders to step up Active Measures. One goal was “weakening or misleading…our adversaries.” …the Soviet intelligence apparatus began what would now be called in intelligence circles, “a preparation of the battle space”… The messengers denigrated American patriotism, capitalism, and individualism, and called into question American foreign policy. The critical view of America seemed to form the philosophical basis
      of an elite anti-American attitude…

….The KGB general is adamant about the bureaucratic differentiation of the operations run by the ID—which was the successor to the Comintern’s OMS—from the KGB proper’s Active…

…To deliver our policy line to key foreign government people in ways that did not seem to come from us, we would use friendly Westerns who were close to them. Our assets— sometimes just trusted persons without being fully recruited agents—included political activists, journalists, scientists, or government and military officials—and even sometimes businessmen. Sometimes we would get our own diplomats to drop ‘indiscreet’ remarks to their Western colleagues.

In the end, the main goal of Covert Influence Active Measures against the U.S. was to move political and public opinion “away from the conservative parties that were opposing our policies,” in the words of a KGB Active Measures manager. …

Thomas Boghart, writing in the CIA’s Studies in Intelligence, provided a taxonomy of the activities that the Soviets considered Active Measures. According to Boghart, “The basic goal of Soviet active measures was to weaken the USSR’s opponents — first and foremost the “main enemy” (glavny protivnik), the United States — and to create a favorable environment for advancing Moscow’s views and international objectives worldwide.” Weakening and if possible destroying the U.S. was most effectively and efficiently done by attacking from within. Striking America’s inner strength required hitting its cultural transmission institutions.

Disinformation or Deception is planting false stories, usually in media not affiliated with Russia or the KGB. These operations never reveal the sponsor of the information. A disinformation operation could be an activity as simple as starting rumors. Forging documents, letters, orders, treaties that cast the target in a bad light is another form of deception or disinformation. A classic disinformation campaign illustrates the longevity of Active Measures. In 1983 the KGB planted a false story in an Indian newspaper. The story, the “payload” of the operation, attributed to an unnamed American scientist, claimed that the AIDS virus was created by American bio-weapons laboratories. The initial publication did not have much of an impact. But in 1985, the sprout began to grow. A Soviet newspaper took up the initial claims, and elaborated—now the Russians claimed that not only had the Americans created AIDS, but also that they had purposely infected Haitians, homeless, homosexuals, and drug addicts in experiments to test the disease.

Following the express instructions of the leadership of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, beginning with Vladimir Lenin, the KGB implemented massive covert influence operations soon after the end of the Russian Civil War. The goal was to destroy the core moral fabric of American society….

After the payloads were planted, the vast majority of the communist intelligence operatives met the fate of most stooges of totalitarian thugs—violent death at the hands of their comrades. Communist dictators demand absolute obedience. Nimble, smart, and crafty, covert influence operators did not make good slaves. Stalin feared their abilities. One by one, they were called back to Moscow. An economical one-bullet execution, a 7.62x38mm slug from the KGB’s favorite revolver, the Nagant M1895, ended the lives of the fathers of American PC.….

From the book Willing Accomplices: How KGB Covert Influence Agents Created Political Correctness and Destroyed America by Kent Clizbe

Too bad our present day Progressives, Willing Accomplices of the thugs who want to destroy the USA never seem to learn that last lesson. Once the Glorious Revolution is over the Willing Accomplices end up in slave labor camps or dead.

Knowledge of the truth is power. Anyone who seeks power over you — whether it be KGB or POTUS — will automatically, reflexively, lie to you. Every lie you believe makes you weaker and is a victory for them.

You’re converging on ‘unreadable posts’ again Gail; you need to take a moment and double-check your formatting codes before clicking the ‘post’ button.

Strange; I’ve never had that happen to a post, and I’ve posted fairly often; perhaps this is more an artifact of something else like the browser’s submission of the post …

      Gail,

Largely unreported events in late August 1945 changed the course of world history:

      https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/10640850/CHAOS_and_FEAR_August_1945.pdf

CHAOS and FEAR of nuclear annihilation convinced world leaders to follow Stalin’s example of totalitarian control to save themselves and the world from annihilation.

But this story is about “Global Warming”. Don’t confuse “Global Warming” with “Climate Change” or “Climate Disruption”. Each issue has it’s own set of arguments and each argument can only be debated on a set of specific issues. Never mind that each issue/argument are all based on the same increase of a trace amount of the same trace gas.

Thing of the past? That indicates there was once intelligence. I have yet to see any indication of it.

JoNova and David Evans are in the process of discovering Earth’s climate is driven by the Sun’s deep-seated magnetic fields (and the X Force) from the Sun’s compact innards (Fe-mantle and/or pulsar core).

AP did a story about the warming of the Northeast and Southwest…In one paragraph it was stated that the Northeast is warming because it had a mild winter!! Northeast had a brutal winter last winter. Niagra Falls froze. Did the reporter forget that?
Another paragraph stated the reason the Northwest was not heating is because the coal burn lets off sulpher particles that reflects the sun rays and offsets the heating c02.

Facts just get in the way of a good story; there are narratives to follow. The boss also has certain expectations and you, as a writer/reporter, have a ‘to press’ deadline …

It is STILL cooler than normal this summer outside of the city heat sink called NYC.

The fireflies on my NY rural mountain are few this year and last year. They flash faster when it is warm and so they have barely managed a feeble ‘flash…flash…’ which is hard for finding a mate to have sex. Poor things.

  8. David says:

One last thing…here in Santa Fe, NM..the temps. are 10 degrees cooler then last year..another failed prediction

  9. ccglea says:

last winter was the coldest on record where I live (at least before NOAA “corrected” the data). My guess is that next winter will not be another record cold so it has to be warmer.

Intelligence and climate science are mutually exclusive. For example- the ADF has fessed up to starting the worst bushfires in NSW history.
