Greenland is having their coldest and snowiest summer on record. The capital of Greenland is still buried in snow on June 6
Temperatures on the ice sheet are still -15C
The melt season is over a month late, and is the slowest on record.
Temperatures at the capital are the coldest on record in 2015
The Greenland scam is completely collapsing. Look for government experts to ramp up the lies.
I am sure better analytical methods will be able to turn a freeze into a melt.
And here are the current lies from the National Snow and Ice Data Center in Boulder, Colorado:

A completely different story…
Something is horribly wrong with the data from our US government organizations.
Lies, Lies, and more Lies from the top down.
Something is horribly wrong with the US government (And most of the other western countries).
Yes, “Stalinization” of science.
The Danes, at The Danish DMI institute, are disrespectful to well-reputed consensus conformist climate science organizations and just show you the measured data.
Would something like the rice production of texas be a good indicator of climate health?
When cold summer in Greenland it gets wet in Texas
Those thermometers need to be re-calibrated to agree with what they’re supposed to say. No, wait… just turn the graph upside down. That will fix them.
The homogenization unit is working on this, don’t worry, things will be returned to ‘normal’.

just you wait until all those blowtorches forecast by the asif members reach that ice sheet steve, it will not stand a chance 😉

This graphic is quite telling: http://beta.dmi.dk/uploads/tx_dmidatastore/webservice/e/n/i/b/m/Melt_combine.png
It’s too bad Swiss Camp has been warming up 1.7C per decade since 1991, which is quite huge. They are now forced to relocate the camp to higher ground so that they don’t need to rebuild the structure each year due to instabilities caused by surface melting.
Hard to have surface melting when it is way below freezing.
It is going to freeze here in NY tonight!!!! IT IS JUNE!!!!!!
The fact remains that the surface has melted by meters since 1991 at that altitude…
Well, all that missing ice has RETURNED. Go visit some time and see for yourself. Hell’s bells, come to my mountain and see it.
Today, (June 6th) is the birthday of my wonderful wife of over 42 years.
Even in Greenland, she could keep me warm!
And I hope she still is Darrylb.
It is also the 71st Anniversary of the “Longest Day” for both sides in Western Europe. If anyone can think of a more complex operation ever to be pulled off, I would like to hear about it.
Every military undertaking has logistical, operational, and strategic elements. Overlord had layers upon layers of each. And because of that there were also layers upon layers of uncertainty. Many today seem to take for granted it would work because in fact it did. But then again the King of Spain thought it was a done deal when in 1588 he sent his great Armada to destroy the the British Navy. Kublai Khan had to be confident when he unleashed his great force to invade Japan.
As I write this, 71 years ago the Paratroopers were in and some gliders. As the great air Armadas of transport planes had taken off they had assembled right over the British countryside and flew out at low level over the channel. This was not like the great fleets of bombers before which had assembled at much higher altitude. This was very much different. The 1,000s of engines on the transport aircraft passing less than 500 ft over head rattled the windows of the British homes and their war weary and yet still determined occupants came outside. There the sound penetrated their whole beings and the reverberations were felt in their lungs. And then they knew without a doubt that the long awaited moment had arrived. And the men on the invasion fleet ships had watched them pass over them.
Nearly 6,000 vessels including 248 war ships including 5 battleships, 2 Monitors, 23 cruisers, and well over 100 Destroyers or Destroyer Escort types (Actually there were closer to 700 warships if one counts the smaller war vessels such at PT boats and Patrol Craft).
.
311 of 300 foot long lumbering LSTs (Landing Ship Tank). The vessel so important that Ike had delayed the invasion a month to get more of them. And the 100s upon 100s of the various types of landing craft. By this time all of the men had had their last meal on the ships large enough to have a galley because at midnight all galley fires were put out on all vessels.
Already the 10 channels (2 channels for each beach) through the German minefields through which these ships would pass had been swept.
But despite all of that. Despite all the superlatives one can list about the magnitude of the preparations and the forces involved what it came down to it what is always comes down to, and that was the men who did the fighting.
The men who were products of Free nations. Men who Hitler thought were weak, because they were corrupt and spoiled by the systems they had grown up in; facing off against the vaunted Prussian military efficiency of the German high command directing the product Hitlers totalitarian society which was born to create the ultimate disciplined martial machine.
Battles can be lost by the high leaders and military commanders, but they can only be won by those on the field of battle doing the actual fighting. It was not Ike or Von Rundstedt or Montgomery or Bradley that determined the outcome on June 6th, 1944 and the critical following days in Normandy. It was the common man turned warrior that did that. And we owe them a debt we can never repay.

Very cold wind even in June in UK midlands.

If we didn’t have thermometers, we wouldn’t have “synthetic climate change”. You just need to venture outside every now and again and see for yourself! Unfortunately, somehow people have started believing the numbers on TV’s and computer screens rather than what they could experience for themselves! The internet is the new bible.

Just returned from vacation on Cape Cod where they had trouble getting out of the 40’s. Not a typical late May.
Boston set an all time record for the month of June with a high temperature of 48!
