Conspiracy To Violate Constitutional Rights

If we had a legitimate Department of Justice, most of the big tech CEOs would be in jail for conspiring to violate the First Amendment rights of @realDonaldTrump and millions of other conservatives.

One one element in common with government employees(CDC, EPA, Dept of State-Justice,US Postal Svc and so on) is that they are all unionized as are state, municipal, education and health workers. They all worked together to protect their personal income from the threat of Trump demanding better value for the compensation they received. Pharma gets all its research and profits in the US paid by US taxpayers through higher drug prices than paid outside the US. With costs being borne by US consumers, they sell products up to 70% less in other countries and reap additional profit. Trump wanted every one to pay equally. The same prices globally would have equalized costs, benefited US consumers. Lowering cost to consumers was a threat to unions who feed from the public trough.
The union mentality is ‘what is your is mine because I work here’. It is a “Taking-Mentality”. It is not a surprise that the best performing companies, with the most productive workforces do not have unions. In 2020, 7.2 million employees in the public sector and 7.1 million workers in the private sector belonged to unions. The 7.2mil public sector, less than 5% of employeed, control our free speech and constitutional rights.

Three headlines identical in meaning and perspective define Progressive perception of the human race with themselves in charge. As Steven Pinker discovered when he wrote “The Blank Slate” contradicting the view many took that human minds were a malleable blank slate which could be formed to any task of which society needed more. Pinker has been and continues to be attacked for his writings. The evidence that this was not true had been present for decades. His “Better Angles of our Nature” received an onslaught of criticism for the view that human society has become far less violent as we expanded our knowledge of others. Pinker’s perspective is that we self-correct as knowledge expands, i.e. we apply the Golden Rule in our dealings with others as we come to understand them. The Golden Rule is based on millions of years of cooperative survival and the need for honest transmission of information. There are multiple levels on which we likely do this and involves not only the use of language but the tones used to communicate, body language and behavior of individuals over time which fall into a complex mix of sorting out fact from fiction, who one can trust and who one should not. It is an innate skill set called empathy. Most individuals operate with these silent communication tools so seamlessly on a daily basis that they are second nature and unrecognized. Some percentage of the population is low in empathic skills and miss perceiving others as complex individuals. Instead, they have a shallow perspective which is spoken of as top-down ‘identity politics”
Those low in empathy see others as communication using “Dog Whistles”. A language which they know is there but that they cannot interpret or understand. They are paranoid about this, blame others for things being hidden from themselves and they believe themselves justified and superior to rule over others who ‘lead messy lives’, i.e. the “Walmart People”!
The Marxists, Progressives, the Woke and whatever one wants to title these folks are similar in them being without the necessary empathic tools to view others as themselves and deserving of human rights as spelled out in the US Constitution. What makes it difficult is that for decades we have promoted those we thought had high IQs as the smartest and the best when we should have focused on those with better empathic skills.
My view is Trump has both a high IQ and a high empathic skill set. Those with similar empathic skills understand this and want him back in office. Those with decent IQs but with low empathy have walled the Capital to keep out the riff-raff and maintain political power because they know they have stolen the country.
I think the “Dog Whistle” is a threat to Progressives/”The Left” and we should spell it out loudly and clearly that this is what they are lacking.
What White Power Supporters Hear Trump Saying
The term “political correctness” can be readily deployed as a racist dog whistle—one that President Donald Trump has been blowing with increasing vigor since his election in 2016.

Trump’s appeals to white anxiety are not ‘dog whistles’ – they’re racism

Conspiracy is collusion which is cooperation. So all cooperative acts that may restrict a person of their rights are illegal. But is taking a weapon from a rioter by police not the same. Or many other situations where a person’s liberties are restricted.

This is why some countries choose not to have a constitution or bill of rights. There are no foolproof solutions to this trick problem, the legal sector itself is the most guilty of collusion.

Let us hope the above statement is true.
