Oceanic CO2 sinks are the colder waters, like the high North Atlantic, but that is in its warm phase during a centennial solar minimum, the CO2 uptake is reduced. Which is handy for plants in regions where drought increases during a warm AMO phase.

  2. Eli the PitBulldog says:

You will never see the US government or companies that forced their employees to take the Covid vaccine apologize. 82% of Americans that took the vaccine are in big trouble

If you want to make a living as a scientist today you have to sell your soul, if you aren’t already wealthy.

Interesting map of surface CO2 concentration.
It isn’t where we’re told it should be.
Click the menu for the colour map, it isn’t obvious.
Click on location for CO2 at that point.

Interesting. Where there is a lot of vegetation, such as the Amazon basin, concentrations are lower because CO2 is being used by the vegetation. Where concentration is higher, there is less vegetation to take up the CO2 – such as Greenland, the north pole, mountainous areas and deserts. Makes perfect sense. Thanks for that.
