New York lawmakers have lost their mind. SCOTUS will shoot this down in no time.
40 new homes were built down the street from me (Tennessee) and most of the people that bought them are from York and are now proud to be red neck conservatives.
I talked to one couple that says they wake every morning and pinch themselves to see if it’s real. No state income tax and plenty of corporations moving here to take advantage of the tax break. The cost of living they say is half of what it is in New York. I hear California is much worse.
In fact the couple and their teenagers (boy and girl) were off to the outdoor rifle range early this morning. Business there is booming as well.
The life of a conservative red ain’t so bad after all. They love it.

Randall Carlson, in an interview with Joe Rogan (#606) presents some very interesting ideas on very rapid changes in climate during the past 1500 years. In one graph showing an O2 isotope content (as a proxy for temperature) of ice cores taken from the center of Greenland, it is clearly evident that very significant changes in temperature occurred (from the little ice age to the medieval warm period). These changes are also validated by fossil records, etc. But – ‘scientists’ say that the CO2 content of the atmosphere has been stable at about 280 ppm throughout this time period. Obviously then, it appears there is no correlation between CO2 and temperature.
