FBI Statement On Mishandling Classified Information

Jul 5, 2016 FBI Director James Comey spoke to reporters about Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server while serving as secretary of state. He said that although the investigation found extremely “careless” behavior by Secretary Clinton and her staff in their handling of sensitive information, the FBI concluded that no charges were appropriate and that the agency believes no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case.

My wife and I were on vacation in New Bern, North Carolina at the time and watched this live on TV. Comey went through one damning item after another regarding Hillary’s malfeasance building the case that certainly should’ve led to her imprisonment, and then he broomed what he had just carefully laid out by saying “No reasonable prosecutor would pursue this case!” We were aghast and knew the fix was in. He should’ve said that no Democrat will ever be prosecuted for their malfeasance because they are on our team.

  2. We all know what would have happened if it were Trump.

We just need to take a look at how pedophile billionaire Epstein(and his island visitors) was treated
where the FBi looked away for years and years (in fact the judge who signed the Trump – raid used to work for Epstein )

though Epstein was a much bigger threat to the national security, just as Clintons unprotected server or Hunters china connections.

The raid was a spoiling attack. Its intent was to recover documents that contained damning evidence against some of the main players in Cross Fire Hurricane.

That actually makes sense! If some informant in the Secret Service protecting Trump overheard that he has damning evidence of the FBI’s malfeasance – that would motivate them to go all in like this, even knowing it would make them look VERY bad.

In other words, they accept the bad optics of this heavy handed raid instead of being subject to complete routing of the agency if it were made public they colluded to the fake hoaxes to try to bring the Donald down since 2016.

On the other hand if Trump had such evidence, why not make it public already? It’s more likely they thought they could damage him enough or find some crime in the fishing expedition to prevent him from running again. They are idiots of course, the Teflon Don(ald) is an energy monster – he can absorb good or bad energy and only becomes stronger as a result of their antics.

I think what Herr Director was really thinking, was that no compromised deep state prosecutor would bring such a case.

    Moderator,

Why is my comment from yesterday still under moderation while the rest of the comments on this tread were all published today? Why does it always take so long for mine to be approved?

Pelosi was kind enough to explain this week that “no one is above the law.”
