In 2008 the Australian Bureau of Meteorology announced the permanent drought in Southeast Australia. Now they are flooded and had the coldest spring in thirty years.

“the coldest autumn in thirty years.” That would be Spring.
November, one month before the southern summer solstice. Think May.
I find it amazing that they don’t attribute it to global warming. That’s the standard go to whenever anything at all happens. Just as the communist fanatic sees dialectic materialism in every headline, the religious nutters of the alarmist creed see global warming in everything that happens. Perhaps, God forbid, sanity is starting to emerge.
Don’t hold your breath.
In Australia everything is upside down
therefore I’m not surprised that eternal drought and global warming result in floods and record cold weather.
Apparently, reporting on weather and climate trends that do not agree with incorrect projections made by climate scientists makes you a conspiracy theorist.
But if you are a conspiracy theorist you don’t have myocarditis
What the heck is ‘La Nee Nah’?
Stryne is an odd lingo at the best of times, but crikey digger, nee nah? 😃
I was there in Melbourne in 1974 and remember the extreme cold for November. Plenty of cold periods since but not as cold as 1974 and thats just the weather
Further on in the 2008 article, “This drought may never break”, we get another classic example of cherry picking data.
It says that, New South Wales’ nights were the warmest for 149 years. That takes us back to 1859.
Australia’s OFFICIAL weather records only began in 1910, 51 years later.
We are told by the Bureau of Meterology that, records prior to that are inaccurate, and must not be used.
I hear the new climate caused this weather and we must stop it.
