Everyone can illegally travel into your country,
but when you Americans want to travel in your own country you will need Passports and vaccines.
And how long will it take when your air travelling carbon Passport will also include the miles you travel with your car(before driving it becomes illegal)?
Yes it’s time for CNN and staff to limit how much they travel. But this is a great incentive to get out the Republican vote.

God must love idiots, ’cause he made so many! First off carbon, more to the point carbon dioxide is the essence of life and not a pollutant nor any significant greenhouse boogyman.
But even from a practical perspective, if commercial airliners do not fly [with passengers] they are loosing money. Which is why they rarely sit idle. So limiting air travel with this idiotic, despotic notion of a carbon passport, would only destroy air travel and make the remaining few airliners or air carriers so expensive as to be impossible for anyone but the uber wealthy to use them, but they already have private jet travel…..
I say gather up all the climate cult proponents and banish them to some island somewhere with no means to escape, and leave them to their wits with no influence from modern society and see who survives.
