At the current rate of decline, the Arctic will be ice-free around the year 3549, when Al Gore is 1,601 years old.

Facts? We don’t need no stinking facts!

    Am I misinterpreting something ?
The map images are of Antarctica, but the post only mentions the Arctic.

Anyway, Best Wishes to you, and All who visit here, for a wonderful Christmas & Hanukah season and New Year !

      GW,
Yes, you are misinterpreting something. Read it again. He talked about both, and he supplied graphic assistance for both.
      Best to you.

  3. GW says:

Yep. Old age & poor eyes.
    Thx.

  4. arn says:

Kerry predicted an ice free arctic by 2013,
    Gore by 2014.

I wonder who is the bigger expert by climate science standards?

    • Duke says:

Obviously Al Gore, because he got it 1 year closer to reality (whenever that might be…)

      • arn says:

He got an Oscar and a Nobel Peace Prize for be a year closer than Kerry.
So I guess you are right – though I still have to figure out what a Peace Prize has to do with a fantasy movie disguised as documentary?
I understand the Oscar part as Hollywood is all about lies, fantasy and degeneration
but why a Peace prize for a Mockumentary – does not make any sense outside an orwellian – commie scenario.

      • conrad ziefle says:

Wait, that depends on whether the ice free Arctic was in the past or wi8ll be in the future.

  5. Billyjack says:

The DMI’s algorythm finally kicked in and stopped the areal extent growth, like it always does when it gets too close to their 1981-2010 average even though the temperature has dropped 10 degrees centigrade in the last week.
