Tony, I did not know that anyone in your family has been in debilitating pain.

I have suffered with neck, shoulder and lower back pain, also with painful arthritis in the knees and wrists, with painful gout, with itchy, dry skin patches and high blood pressure. My hearing was beginning to go. All of it was getting worse as I got older.

ALL of it healed and completely went away when I changed what I was eating. stopped eating ALL plant foods, no more sugar, no more fruit, and began eating only ALL animal products – mainly healing fatty beef, beef fat trimmings and tallow, also eggs (yolks are best), bacon and the fattiest chicken and seafood I can find. For me, I have found that animal fat is healing, and the more I eat, the better is my health. There is no vegetable or fruit which is necessary for human existence; they all have defence chemicals which can cause inflammation and wear down the body and can lead to disease over time.

I went from low-carb eating, (which healed some of my health issues), to no-carb eating, and that healed the rest. People across the globe have healed themselves by eating the Proper Human Diet. Disillusioned doctors believe it allows the body to heal damaged mitochondria. I am in my mid-60s and my blood pressure is now 122/60 (for decades it was 20-30 points higher) and my heart rate is 55 BPM. I am on zero medications and am hiking up and down trails with steep hills on the weekends for hours at a time wearing a 12-pound weight vest. Some mornings I will do 20 minutes of sprints up hills for 30 seconds at a time before work (sometimes with the weight vest). I am blessed to have a state park one mile from my house.

The same goes for our beloved pets – dogs and cats. When kibble – with all the corn and other plant-based ingredients – was introduced, the pet population also began getting the same diseases that humans have been getting over the past century, and their lives have also been cut short.

For me and hundreds of thousands of others around the globe, the food pyramid is exactly backwards. It seems that the opposite of what the Cabal have been telling us is best for me. Medical solutions to illness are to get everyone on their pharmaceuticals (and hopefully several of them). It is all about what we put in our mouths.

This was one more disillusionment for me. For what it is worth.

    To your health.

Congrats D., what was your height and weight when your blood pressure was 20 to 30 points higher and what is it now? Best wishes to our host Tony. FYI, 420 ppm co2 is no longer an existential threat. Komrade Harris’ says Trump and his multimillionaire buddies are the new threat and she is now for the working Man. take it to the bank. lol. *please read the following disclaimer closely. Harris’ working Men does not include those that build oil pipelines, does not include those that build gasoline powered vehicles nor does it include working men that build border walls or dig for Coal. check back after the election for a complete list.

        Thank you Bob.,

5′ 8.5″ and 172 at my heaviest. That doesn’t sound like a lot, but I have a small bone structure. I now weigh 140, mainly eating 22-24 oz ribeyes, adding tallow and drinking water-only with electrolytes daily. My resting BP range now is 120-129/58-69. It was 122/60 when I took it yesterday afternoon.

Years ago I had to give up running because of my knees. So I began hiking. Then a friend had to carry me back down a mountain once when my knees gave out. Embarassing! That’s how bad it was. I am now fitter than I have ever been, and I have no aches and pains whatsoever.

Another thing that cleared up – brain fog and anxiety have disappeared. Other bizarre things happened. I now have no plaque any more on my teeth – I wake up and they are as smooth as when I brushed before bed. And another – the body odor is gone. I hiked and sweat through my clothes on Sunday, and had absolutely zero odor. Another: my skin will not burn! I never used sun block, and I could burn if in the sun too long. Not anymore – I can be all day in the sun and my skin barely gets pink. The next day it’s just a little more tan – no burn, no tenderness at all. And another – I have no recovery muscle aches the next day after a hard workout! It is all from eliminating unnecessary and harmful carbs and eating only animal meat. It sounds incredible and I realize this sounds like I am making these things up. But there are hundreds of testimonials just like mine. I don’t care who doesn’t believe me – I’m living my life for me, not anyone else.

In 15 years I have gone from a 50 year-old Obama-voting, mainly plant-based, overweight Democrat with lots of health problems – who believed in anthropogenic global warming – to a 65 year-old Trump-supporting conservative and scientifically skeptical, meat-craving carnivore with zero health problems! πŸ™‚

P.S. My change in diet was gradual and was all about my health – it had nothing to do with politics. No food tastes as good as being healthy and pain-free feels. You couldn’t pay me to eat and drink inflammation-inducing foods anymore.

        • Bob G says:

you should write a book. I love meat but I also love carbs. I have always been a libertarian Republican type. I’m your age and Im old enough to remember the global cooling scare of the 1970s so I never bought into the global warming scare but I did assume it warmed up a little bit post 1980. then I looked at our local temperature records and I was shocked. if you compare the last 30 years to the first 30 of the previous century there was no change in temperature down to a 10th degree. I thought that was such interesting news that I contacted the Minneapolis Tribune newspaper about running a story on it and they ignored me. so much scamming going on. the covid-19 scam, the green energy scam, we’re running out of oil scam, Trump is a Russian agent scam. our experts have really sold out. not all, but far too many. one of the biggest scams of all is the claim that this is a racist country. it’s not, but you’d never know that listening to the press and the libs

Gents … re the book … part of what Dis talks about diet wise is in The Plant Paradox by Steven Gundry …. Gundry is a bit of a nut (or his ghost writer was) and the book is poorly written but it has some good sections and u have to work to get out the nuggets from the waste.
I agree that sugar and excess carbo’s are bad, especially as you get up in years and less active.
Some fruits and nuts are also very bad according to Gundry and I think he is at least partially on the right track.
Glad to hear Tony is on the mend and back hiking and enjoying the “Climate Crisis” up close πŸ˜‰

          Bob,

Thanks, but my situation is not unique – there are plenty of books of miraculous healing from eating this way = eating the fuel mankind is built/intended to eat and avoiding foods and medications which cause inflammation and disease.

There are thousands of testimonials on the Internet and they are easy to find. Dave Mac, in Australia, has interviewed hundreds of regular folk like you and I from around the globe – people who have healed from many diseases, by repairing their mitochondria – by avoiding carbohydrates and staying in ketosis, and through intermittent-to-long-term fasting (which is very easy after one becomes keto-adapted): https://www.youtube.com/@zerocarb/videos

When keto-adapted, one does not lose muscle when fasting – the body looks to stored fat for energy. I know this by experience; I have gained muscle as I have lost fat, with my weight basically staying the same. When eating, we eat until we are comfortably stuffed.

I have been in constant ketosis since March. And my body has healed of several ailments since March. Yeah, it’s just a coincidence – a coincidence millions of other people are also experiencing.

This doctor quotes Richard Feynman in many of his videos: https://www.youtube.com/@anthonychaffeemd/videos

          FWIW

        • Disillusioned says:

Bob, to clarify the third paragraph from the bottom – yes – I was 172 at my heaviest, and I did lose weight. When I got down to 140 the weight loss stopped But I am still losing fat (and belt notches) while gaining muscle.

My poor daughter gave up all animal food, except fish. She is now very slowly recovering from COVID after (God Knows) how many “vaccines”. I told her take more Vit D. She ‘s an RN, she knows better. I just had a heart attack 6 weeks ago. The only cholesterol in my body was in the widow maker. So they have me on statin. My LDL was 34 and my HDL was 43, last test. Now they told me it is too low, to reduce my statin to 10 mg/day. So I came home and ate two scrambled eggs. I may have shrimp tonight. I can tell that my cholesterol is too low; I have occasional brain farts. I miss things I should catch. So I’m upping my cholesterol. I may forget to take the statin for a few days. BP after 45 minutes of exercise and cooling off 10 mins, 100/67. Overall I’m recovering well. The biggest problem is moderating the meds.

      • Disillusioned says:

I would fire any doctor who would try to put me on them; statin drug pushers are not looking out for your health.

There is nothing wrong with high LDL. The brain needs it, that’s why you have brain fog. The ‘high LDL leads to heart attack’ line is worn out BS – nothing but an unproven theory. (Like AGW). The evidence is out that statins are worse than the boogeyman they are supposed to fight. Get off the statins, post-haste.

    • This was known in biblical times. In 1 Samuel 2:16 we read how the sons of Eli kept the fat of the sacrifice for themselves, rather than offering it.

      • Disillusioned says:

Bingo. For special celebrations, they ate the best God had provided.

Luke 11:23 “Bring the fattened calf and kill it. Let’s have a feast and celebrate.”

And yes, the fat was valuable.

  2. Good to see! (And, judging by the vegetation, I think that it is possible that video was not made in Oz!)

Having had two hip replacements, perhaps I can understand what you’ve been through.

Mind you, I could see that weather you were facing was unprecedented, rather like the weather here in Oz today. Perhaps I should consult ‘The Climate Council’ to see whether or not I should panic?

  3. rah says:

First off, great to see you out and about my friend. Wonderful. I turn 69 this month and I have my aches and pains. But after the trails and tribulations I have put my body through over the years, I feel blessed that I am doing as well as I am.

Secondly. I missed Toto in that video. Getting too old?

And finally, Buckley the rescue cocker has now nearly fully assimilated to our household. Still have some rough edges on socializing him, but we’re making progress. During all of our 41 years of marriage all the dogs we’ve had were Sherry’s because I was always gone so much. I picked Buckley out at the shelter when I retired and it was obvious from the first that we connected and so for the first time since I was a kid I have MY dog. He stays with me. If I take a nap, he takes a nap with me. If I go out and do yard work he wants to be there. No matter where I go he wants to be with me. There is no look like the look a rescue gives you.

getting old sucks- the things we did to our bodies in youth catch up with us – i developed psoriaous and psoritic arthritis as my wife was dying in hospice bed in living room for 6 months- thank God for Cosentyx – talk about Pain- every joint can keep me from just walking

  6. Brian D says:

Glad your doing better. God bless you, and your wife πŸ™‚

so we’re all in our sixties? who knew. no wonder we’re all so wise. :-). Kommyla Harris is speaking now in Pennsylvania. she totally underwhelms. wow. and being from Minnesota, Tim walz ain’t going to be able to bail her out. too funny her platform is to make everything affordable. she doesn’t tell us how and I don’t think her followers care
