Experts say that southeast Greenland is losing ice very quickly, in a region where a WWII aircraft was found under hundreds of feet of ice and snow.
Disrupting the Borg is expensive and time consuming!

“Glaciers are melting faster than ever.”
UNESCO,yesterday
“Since 1975 9000 gigatonns of ice have been lost ”
Reuters,yesterday
“Since the early 1900s,many glaciers have been rapidly melting(as result of the industrial revolution)”
“Greenland ice sheet is now melting 4* faster than in 2003”
“95% of the oldest and thickest sea ice is gone.Arctic will be ice free by 2040”
WWF
My guess is that all those melting ice buried that plane.
I Fact Checked these reports. The verdict: True. I used Google Earth and zoomed in on Greenland. All the ice is gone, just a few patches here and there. That’s the reason Trump is eager to buy or steal Greenland. He’s a visionary and he knows that people all over the world will soon be flocking there to enjoy the golf courses and casinos and luxury resorts he and Jared will be building in its soon- to- be sub-tropical climate. Naturally all that melted ice caused dramatic sea level rise. People in coastal cities now have to kayak to work. The reason the ice sheet has been rapidly melting since 2003 can now be revealed..Iran! Ironically that was the year that they abandoned the idea of developing nuclear weapons. But they didn’t say anything about Greenland and nobody asked. They worked out a deal with Denmark, cheap oil in return for being allowed to test nukes in Greenland. And so they did and nobody noticed and that’s why the ice melted. No worries, “we” will soon be at war with them and we’ll put those Ay-Rabs (Persians) in their place. It’s inevitable unless Melania, who seems to have disappeared, can convince The King to take his antipsychotic medication as ordered. But the result will be instant global economic collapse that will make the Great Depression seem like a time of booming prosperity by comparison. Hence DOGE with “Elon” hacking away at every government program. Soon the entire US Govt. will be run from a small professional building located in a strip mall in Maryland. It will be a time of great privation, the “Black ’47” Irish famine writ large. The Dept. of “Defense” will remain intact. We never know when a country like Grenada will attack. They “hate us for our freedoms” and they’ve been itching for revenge ever since Reagan invaded in order to give the Clint Eastwood movie Hacksaw Ridge a plausible story line. The Great Communicator never forgot his old Hollywood pals. And that’s the way it looks from here.
You need an Op-Ed at the Onion.
Where I can exercise my intellect 🙂
So 61 meters of ice, and guessing 9 more from the snow compressing, making it an easy 70 meters in 80 years, so 7/8ths of a meter of ice per year. Figuring that a kilometer of ice would be the positive affirmation of a new Ice Age, then we are, at this rate, 1500 years away from a full-blown Ice Age. In geological time, that is pretty damn close. Also, we might assume that the rate might accelerate as we approach the Ice Age, so it is probably less than 1500 years. What was that about record snow this year?
OR we might have just been in a slightly colder part of the cycle over the last 80 years, but Mann says we’ve been in the hotter part of the cycle, so he must agree with me that the Ice Age will be here in less than 1500 years. It’s always nice to have a heavy hitting expert like him agreeing with one’s forecast.
