I just got off the phone with Bill. He said he didn’t do it. lol. I just took a look at the Canadian drought monitor and it appears that they stole a lot of our moisture as they are having the opposite conditions. if it’s not Bill’s fault, could it be Anne Murray? https://agriculture.canada.ca/en/agricultural-production/weather/canadian-drought-monitor/current-drought-conditions
Whether Bill did it or not, he should be convicted for trying.
Funny! Lock Bill up! lol. After several years of record snowfall in the Sierras and Colorado etc I don’t think it should be too big a surprise that we had a dry winter… which brings things back to the average
