      You are wrong Omanuel. Planet Earth, like the other planets, condensed from a gas nebula at the solar abundance (98% H and He), and the rocky iron cores formed in the middle of each planet, then when the Sun ignited, the H and He were blown away from the 4 inner planets by solar wind, leaving the cores behind. The cold accretion theory is just pure idiocy.

        Ouch! Mr. wRight. That was a bit harsh! Did you even read the reference supplied by Dr. Manuel? Right up front he states, “The elemental and isotopic composition of the primitive nebula represents an average of all previous galactic nucleosynthesis events (UREY, 1954; SUESS and UREY, 1956; BURBIDGE et al., 1957; REYNOL DS, 1967). ” And where do you think the heavier elements came from?? Sounds like you are attacking the man instead of his ideas. Hardly scientific discourse regardless of the actual truth of the matter. I think what Dr. Manuel is saying is that the solar system is a kind of blown up version of the Sun, my words not his. With the iron rich inner planets and the outer large gas planets the solar system is a schematic of the solar construct. Am I close Dr. Manuel? This post is hardly the place for this discussion but it happened. I really liked the post from Steven. Speaking of fraud…

        Thanks, Morgan, for your example of post-1945, politically-correct dogma that has been repeatedly falsified by precise experimental measurements and observations you ignore.

    I notice that it is an island over 100km from the nearest other station, Reykjavik.

    Where is the 2012 data for there and Keflavikurflu?
    Where does the post 1980 data come from? How can you claim to identify break points when neighbours are on a different island over 100km away?

    I also noticed that the difference between 2012 and 2014 are exactly 0.50, 0.30 or 1.00 for most of the years.

    Nobel prize winner Hermann Muller knowingly lied when he claimed in 1946 that there is no safe level of radiation exposure, a new study asserts….

    ….Calabrese points out, but his decision not to mention key scientific evidence against his position has had a far-reaching impact on our approach to regulating radiation and chemical exposure.

    Calabrese uncovered correspondence from November 1946 between Muller and Curt Stern at the University of Rochester about a major experiment that had recently evaluated fruit fly germ cell mutations in Stern’s laboratory. It failed to support the linear dose-response model at low exposure levels, but in Muller’s speech in Oslo a few weeks later he insisted there was “no escape from the conclusion that there is no threshold.” To Calabrese, this amounts to deliberate concealment and he says Stern raised no objection.

    Calabrese adds, “This isn’t an academic debate, it’s really practical, because all of our rules about chemical and low-level radiation are based on the premises that Muller and the National Academy of Sciences’ (NAS) committee adopted at that time. Now, after all these years, it’s very hard when people have been frightened to death by this dogma to persuade them that we don’t need to be scared by certain low-dose exposures.”

    Within a year after Muller and his group persuaded the NAS to accept the linear model for gonadal mutations, the practice was extrapolated to somatic cells and cancer. Twenty years later, NAS adopted the linear approach for chemicals. Soon thereafter, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency announced it would use the linear model for risk assessment, Calabrese points out.

    Seems Oliver is correct they have been lying since 1946…..

    The Obama Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) says no law empowers any judge to stop it from conducting illegal scientific experiments on seniors, children and the sick.

    That astounding assertion will be tested Friday, when a federal district court in Alexandria decides whether it has jurisdiction to hear claims made by the American Tradition Institute that EPA researchers are exposing unwary and genetically susceptible senior citizens to air pollutants the agency says can cause a variety of serious cardiac and respiratory problems, including sudden death.

    Although the lawsuit only addresses ongoing, purportedly illegal experimentation being carried out at an EPA laboratory on the Chapel Hill campus of the University of North Carolina School of Medicine, EPA researchers and grantees have carried out dozens of similarly shocking experiments over the past 10 years at UNC and other schools, including Rutgers University, the University of Michigan, University of Rochester, University of Southern California and University of Washington…..

      MILLOY: Federal judge overturns EPA human experiments case: Illegal testing continues to endanger lives

      It’s a good thing the U.S Public Health Service called off the infamous Tuskegee syphilis experiments in 1972. Had someone sued to stop the horror, a federal judge like Anthony Trenga might have stopped the suit — not the experiments….

      The American Tradition Institute sued the EPA in October to stop an ongoing experiment in which the agency was exposing elderly study subjects (up to 75 years of age) to concentrated levels of a deadly (according to EPA) air pollutant known as PM2.5 (soot or dust much smaller than the width of a human hair).

      The lawsuit claimed the experiments were illegal in that they blatantly violated virtually every major standard developed since World War II for the protection of human study subjects used in scientific experiments.

      Given that the EPA long ago determined that any exposure to PM2.5 could cause death (as well as a host of other serious health consequences) within hours or days of inhalation, the experiments are fundamentally illegal. Federal regulations and the Nuremberg Code strictly prohibit scientists from treating human subjects like expendable guinea pigs. In the experiment in question, the study subjects were asked to risk their very lives for $12 per hour.

      Then again, the study subjects really weren’t “asked” to risk their lives, since the EPA researchers failed — and, in fact, refused — to warn them that PM2.5 could kill them. At the very least, exposing study subjects to a dangerous and deadly toxin without their consent is also known as “assault and battery.”……

      Judge Trenga determined that the EPA’s decision to endanger the lives of its study subjects, including inducing them to sign a fraudulent consent form, did not constitute a “final agency action” under the Administrative Procedures Act….

      Lifetime-appointed and thus unaccountable Judge Trenga essentially decided, in agreement with Department of Justice and EPA pleadings, that no one and no law can stop the EPA from breaking the sacrosanct rules protecting human subjects from rogue experimentation…
      Thanks to Judge Trenga, EPA (and possibly any other rogue government human experimenter) now has a “get out of the Nuremberg Code free” card…..

      Aside from the high probability of a whitewash by the EPA inspector general and Sen. Boxer’s failure to take any action so far, the experiments are ongoing, and the study subjects are in mortal danger now. ….

    Since Judge Trenga among other things decided the American Tradition Institute did not have ‘Standing,’ that is was not harmed by the EPA, a test subject has come forward. Patient seeking $2 million in EPA human experimentation case

    …. a Durham, NC man, Matthew Cipparone, has filed a complaint against the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). According to the WNCN report, Cipparone is “seeking more than $2 million in the case” from when he “participated in EPA experiments in 2011 at the agency’s labs at UNC’s School of Medicine in Chapel Hill.”

    In these experiments, human test subjects were used by the EPA to research the impact of fine particulate matter, also known as PM2.5. The agency parked a running diesel truck outside of their UNC facility, attached a pipe to the truck’s exhaust, and ran the pipes inside to a lab (referred to as a “gas chamber” by the EPA), where a human test subject was placed at the other end breathing in the fumes through a gasmask type of apparatus….

    Three North Carolina state senators have filed a bill in the legislature aimed at stopping these inhuman EPA human experimentations.

    Why would anyone ever think this government considers our best interests when they will KNOWINGLY subject the young, the old and the sick to experiments reminiscent of the horrors in Nazi Germany.

    I couldn’t stop myself from commenting on the comment. Interesting post. As one climate gate investigator wrote, something like , with all the adjustments it is hard to tell if the planet is warming or cooling. I suspect it is about to cool if it hasn’t started already.
