I’m getting tired of saying this but the only heat in the ocean gets there via the sun’s radiation not from the atmosphere. Physical heat can not penetrate surface tension, only radiation. It is for this reason that these clots are gathering in Stockholm to figure out the “pause”. The “pause” is caused by the simple fact that physical heat is prevented from building up in the ocean by surface tension, therefor when the sun goes quiet like now the planet gets cold. Try heating water through the surface with a heat gun.
