The US has had no hurricanes and one minimal tropical storm this summer.
In 1886, the US was hit by seven hurricanes. As CO2 has increased, the number of hurricanes striking the US has decreased.
CO2 producers should get a tax credit for making the climate safer, and reducing disaster costs.
If the season ends without any further storms it will likely be the quietest (in terms of ACE) since 1983 and possibly the second lowest since 1946. (1977 was lower but the ‘subtropical cyclone’ part of Hurricane Babe’s history was not included in the season ACE computation. Oddly, we never have ‘subtropical cyclones’ (winds over 34kts but further from the center than a tropical cyclone) any more. I wonder why???)
Now will hear the usual global weirding nonsense from alarmists, that the lack of anything bad is weird.
I guess I will hear about it on the CBC news one of these days, right?
Alarmists never shut up even when nothing has happened for years.
You’d think they’ve been brainwashed.
