  1. Chuck says:

The only difference between establishment repubs and dems are which corporate buddies get the money, it is all about big gov.

  2. Earlier than that. McCain got conned by “Captain Climate” ( http://www.nrdc.org/onearth/04spr/mccain1.asp ) during the election campaign of 2000, Matthew Anderson-Stembridge, who I described in my 2010 article: http://www.americanthinker.com/2010/12/the_case_of_the_curious_climat.html

  3. Gamecock says:

“Are we going to hand our children and grandchildren a world vastly different . . . ?”

Johnny, Johnny, Johnny . . . you’re 77 years old. What’s this “we” stuff? You are going to hand it over VERY SOON.

    • Ivan says:

      The man is a fruitcake.
Apparently he’s not concerned about handing them each a billion dollars of debt (something he have some control over) but he lays awake at night fretting about an extra degree or two (something he has NO control over)?
The lunatics are well and truly in control of the asylum

  4. mkelly says:

From the guy who said there were no Eskimo words for robin. Oh yes there were several of them.

  5. Paul in Sweden says:

They say McCain is going to run again but they didn’t say with which political party…

    • Ernest Bush says:

Hopefully, he will slip away some night in the next 4 years. Otherwise the Democrats in Phoenix will keep voting him in while we tea party supporters in Arizona vote for anybody else or not vote for a senator at all. That is, if we can still vote in 4 years.

  6. Okie says:

    Male menopause is hell

  7. gator69 says:

It is time for a second party.

  8. Edmonton Al says:

The effects of the bamboo cage in Vietnam are really getting a hold of his brain.
    Too bad…………

  9. mogur2013 says:

You’re eating your own. Good luck with that strategy, clowns.

    • Blade says:

He ain’t “my own” you retard. You can have him.

      Oh wait, you already do.

    • gator69 says:

Someone thinks ‘we are all socialists now’. No brains, no headaches. 😉

    • Right. One person’s ‘cannibalism’ is another’s ‘hold a politician accountable’. Meanwhile, it appears the Democratic Party’s strategy is to not even attempt to lick a taste of their own. Except when the perpetrator is caught in a way so public that it is considered a PR cancer by the party bosses…. whereupon they throw the perpetrator under the bus, who then gets some kind of cushy position at the Center for American Progress or other like-minded gig out of public view that has the same or greater influence than before. Yep, brilliant strategy until the few remaining militant Occupy people find out about it.

  10. R. de Haan says:

McCain is a fence hopping ass hole and a traitor.

  11. rw says:

By being too eager to diss McCain, people may be missing the real story here – or the real phenomenon. McCain has always been a maverick who has also tried to be bipartisan. That may be OK in normal times, but those are not the times we’re in. By being open to ideas like AGW, but without having the time (or the brains?) to address the subject properly (note the appeals to authority in the excerpt above), he has been taken for a ride and fallen down the same rabbit hole as the rest of the AGW crew.
