Obama Was Against Regime Change Before He Was For Regime Change

Right before he bombed Libya and Syria into oblivion in order to get rid of their leaders, Barack Obama announced that he wasn’t going to do that.

Fourteen Years Into The 100 Year Drought

Fourteen years ago, the leading government and academic experts predicted a 100 year long drought for the US.

The US has had its wettest years on record since that forecast was made.

Hiding The Decline In Burn Acreage

As I reported yesterday, the Kamala Harris White House erased more than half of the US forest fire record, sometime in the last six weeks.

A reader emailed NIFC about this and got this response.

That response is absurd, as I will now explain. Prior to 1983, the data was kept by the US Forest Service and was quite detailed.

National Report on Sustainable Forests–2010 | US Forest Service Research and Development

There is no reason to believe there are any major errors in the Forest Service data which make the data not usable.  Compare the handling of the fire data vs. Michael Mann’s Hockey Stick – where he spliced together many different types of data, and threw out proxy data which broke his hockey stick.

Climate academics have long accepted the concept that methodologies change, and that hiding or simply making up data is acceptable in their field.

By hiding the pre-1983 data, propagandists can make it appear like there has been a large increase in burn acreage. That is exactly what they did in the last National Climate Assessment.

The graph was taken from page 38 of the Fourth National Climate Assessment document released in November 2018.

But the reality is that forest fire burn acreage is down 90% since atmospheric CO2 was at pre-industrial levels.

The End Of Maple Syrup

Ten years ago today, climate experts predicted Boston would have the same climate as Atlanta and that Maple Syrup would soon be a thing of the past.

“Within the next 100 years, Boston could have a climate similar to either Richmond, Virginia, or Atlanta, Georgia.”

The closest currently active USHCN stations to Boston and Atlanta are at Blue Hill, Massachusetts and Gainesville, Georgia. Boston is going to need quite a hockey stick to catch up with Atlanta.

Predicting The Climate In 100 Years

The NOAA Climate Prediction Center predicted a warm February in the US, with Texas hot.

Instead we got the exact opposite.

U.S. had its coldest February in more than 30 years | National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration

Then they predicted a warm, dry February in Wyoming and Colorado.

Instead we are having record snow and the wettest year on record.

Here in Cheyenne, Wyoming we are having our coldest February/March since 1965.

Biden Administration Erasing Climate History

In 2015, the Washington Post wrote this :

“As of Tuesday, according to the National Interagency Fire Center, more than 8 million acres have burned in U.S. wildfires in 2015. 8,202,557 of them, to be precise…. There are only six other years that have seen more than 8 million acres burned — 2012, 2011, 2007, 2006, 2005, and 2004 — based on National Interagency Fire Center records that date back to 1960. It is hard not to notice that all of these years came since the year 2000.”

Wildfires have now burned a massive 8 million acres across the U.S. – The Washington Post

But as of January 29, 2021 the National Interagency Fire Center (NIFC) showed burn acreage all the way back to 1926. Burn acreage was much higher prior 1960.

Sometime over the past six weeks, the data prior to 1983 was erased.  The link now redirects to this :

Here is another Federal report which the administration hasn’t yet erased. It showed much higher burn acreage prior to 1960, and was identical to to the NIFC data.

The New York Times reported much higher burn acreage in 1937, and said 1937 was less than half the burn acreage from 1936. The New York Times numbers match those from the National Interagency Fire Center and the US Forest Service.

The Harris administration has also rewritten the history of Glacier National Park and erased the Medieval Warm Period. Last year this USGS page made it clear that before the Little Ice Age, glaciers in Glacier National Park were very small or non-existent, and that they may not have survived the Holocene maximum either.

But the Medieval Warm Period and Holocene Maximum have since been erased, and the text has been changed to match.

These are all articles which I refer to frequently, and I suspect that the Harris Ministry of Truth is using my blog as a guide for cancelling history.  It will be interesting to see how quickly the US Forest Service report gets erased.
