what do people see in wind power? these prophets of alarmism , every one of them bleats out, WIND POWER, like its some hidden proven answer. Its so dreadfully inadequate for anything other than pumping water into a cistern. Its failures are reported around the globe and yet like some nightmare it keeps rising in the headlines.
ummmm Wind power = $$$$$$$$$ for those who are connected, don’t worry if they ever will work, soon they’ll rust into the sea and kill more birds (migratory birds are down in the UK, soon there will be none left)
Interesting how Prince Charles refuses to have windfarms on his land as they are a blot on the landscape, but is very keen on offshore ones which will provide his family with a very sizeable profit.
Billy, in one of his nice new sashes, Fell in the fire and was burnt to ashes; Now, although the room grows chilly, I haven’t the heart to poke poor Billy.
Or a scene with Prince Charles bent over a tropical house plant. “Come of Camilla, throw another old lady on the fire, it’s getting too cold for my good friend here.”

OH, you mean the movie trailer, meh.
Bjorn is a smart guy.
He has found a way to introduce serious scientists into the public arena, while marginalizing alarmists. I think it is brilliant.

How about we just find ways to make fossil fuels burn cleaner? That would be the merciful way to go for the poor and elderly.
Is this what you’re thinking of?

Not sure what that means.
Your conjunction of burning fossil fuels and a merciful way to go for the poor and elderly. Sorry, Brit humour really is dark.
Just what I was thinking too!
Was this a freudian slip Amino?
That should read ‘on Camilla’ not ‘of Camilla’. Darn it, I must proof read better.

And all this from a guy who says that we need a $100bn climate fund;
