There never was any “global warming anyway since at least 1979.
The Northern Hemisphere is the only region with warming beyond the statistical noise level,since 1979 according to satellite data.
The Tropics is ZERO trend since 1979.
Southern Hemisphere near zero trend since 1979.

The IPPC and warmists have been in error from day one.
You guys are not approaching this issue from the right direction. First Take your favorite hallucinogen and then try to imagine the worst that could happen. After a few weeks on mind altering drugs you also can believe the globe is warming!
Just because during the Northern Hemisphere summer fish and Tropical animals were dying from cold along the Amazon River is no reason to think the globe is not warming! 😉
Just because Penguins were freezing to death does not mean the globe is not warming!
Global warming can cause over half the globe to be colder than average. (Whatever Average temperatures mean)
Maybe it should be: Mean anomaly estimate is cooler than the average of the estimated mean over a predetermined period of time that has nothing to do with real world climate patterns or real world temperatures.
They just needed something that could be considered somewhat consistent with reality give or take 7C. What is 7C among friends?
