Yet another of the Insane Left rips off his mask and laughs maniacally before the world. Shades of Lon Chaney as “The Phantom of the Opera”, or any one of his once-famous monsters of filmland. Such histrionics, to be put into the proper perspective, should be reported without sound, but with piano accompaniment, of melodramatic and classical music, cuing the emotional content (which is all the content such mentally ill outbursts have). Remember Charlie Chaplin’s famous sendup in “The Great Dictator”; the rantings of Groucho Marx in “Duck Soup”; and the similarly-themed Three Stooges shorts. This would also communicate the fundamental truth that the Left has reverted to an earlier, perversely childish time, depending upon dogmas thoroughly disproved long ago by harsh, past world events (like invasions of conquest, world wars, rolling economic depressions, and tyrannical regimes callously causing the deaths of millions of innocents).
I read that headline as “Chavez And Obama Share The Same Goats”. It works just as well.
