Yes, Mikey is claiming “credit” for scientific fraud. Since he has admitted it, he should be prosecuted.
He’s now starting to manipulate all the public statements (where he can) about him being a winner. He claims all the other “authors” thought they won too – a consensus of a kind – so it must have been right. Jeez those guys suffer mass delusion on many issues don’t they!?
His and many other visionaries like him are not in science for discovery but for self-aggrandizement.
I’ve always wondered why the IPCC got the peace prize?
I mean Science, maybe. But Peace? Have they prevented wars or something?
They couldn’t very well give them an award for “science”. 😉

MWP seems to be making a bit of a come back in recent peer reviewed publications. Considering the amount of time the Team spent trying to rubbish the reconstruction published in the first IPCC report, that seems like a bit of wasted effort now.
In fight terms Mann has come out viciously punching Steyn’s fists with his face. 🙂
