Trenberth Wins The Nobel Prize

Kevin Trenberth has determined that the yellow spot east of New Jersey was caused by global warming.

The sea surface temperatures along the coast are 5 degrees F. or more above average and 1 degree F. is from global warming. Stronger storm and more precipitation results.

This must mean that the blue spot east of Brazil is caused by global cooling.

Please somebody tell me Trenberth isn’t suggesting that we are responsible for 1 degree of the sea surface temperatures along the coast based on the determination that the global average temp has increased by 1 degree over the last century.

Leaving Trenberth’s absurd idea out of the mix for the moment what if the sea surface temperatures along the coast were 5 degrees greater all by itself. The storm would be just as bad, but I’m left to presume that this would be a good storm becuse it would be totally natural?

Right now Trenberth is rummaging through Davy Jones locker, desperately trying to find his imaginary friend, the “missing heat”.

Global warming obviously loads the dice for both warm and cold water. It can even load the dice for normal water!

ya,i had to endure another ‘global’ tv interview from some biologist from Nfld stating the Puffin’s were in danger (the offspring), due to GW on the ocean….lets see what happens by next year, when it gets cold there…and see what they call it..

Hello Steven,i used your sst post to show ocean tempp but then i got given this so i wonder why they are the same(temps) but have different colour schemes.I do not know how to use it so i look forward to your reply when you have the time.
