   Isn’t the Antarctic one of those places with a severe and prolonged drought that the alarmist are always crying about?

   It seldom rains in the Antarctic, the snow almost never melts, in other words most of the water on the Antarctic Continent just hangs out in suspended animation, waiting to greet the next deposit of H2O, such as it is.

   Why I am expecting to read any day now a hand wringing account from an alarmist that the whole Continent of Antarctica is burning.

   “Desertification” was my introduction to climate alarmism in college, as a climatology student, and it was the last time I fell for alarmist crap. “Global Warming” came on its heels, and I was the wiser from the start.
