Gee, I thought the “blowtorch” effect would have them soaking their sore muscles in the Mackenzie River’s hot-tub-like warmth by now.

Yesterday, they finally posted a story about making it to Tuktoyatuk. They dragged the boat a good distance through shallow water because rowing wasn’t getting them anywhere.
If the water is shallow, no way to dig in with the oars. Might as well line it
