So they didn’t break the 4-day record but they still broke the 1-day record?
I was in Boulder at that time and all that I can recall now was driving through a flooded intersection at Broadway and the road that led to NCAR. If the downtown Pearl Street area flooded, I don’t remember that and probably didn’t go there. I don’t recall any panic. People seemed to take all in stride.
