Officials Say Nearly 19,000 Homes Damaged, Destroyed In Flooding « CBS Denver

The vast majority of those 19,000 homes suffered water damage to carpets and things on the floor. Less than 10% were destroyed.

By contrast, the 1990 hailstorm damaged every single house in Denver.

  1. Does CO2 cause hail stones to become weak, thin and on the cusp of melting away due to increased global temperatures, or does it cause them to become huge and metallic in hardness, because CO2 makes all weather more extreme?

    The typhoon passed my home today. We’ve had 1 1/2 days of rain and some gusty winds backing from NE to NW. Nothing approaching a gale. All quiet now. Nothing to see here, move along.
