President Obama waived a provision of federal law designed to prevent the supply of arms to terrorist groups to clear the way for the U.S. to provide military assistance to “vetted” opposition groups fighting Syrian dictator Bashar Assad.
Some elements of the Syrian opposition are associated with radical Islamic terrorist groups, including al Qaeda, which was responsible for the Sept. 11 attacks in New York, Washington, D.C., and Shanksville, Pa., in 2001. Assad’s regime is backed by Iran and Hezbollah.

If an individual does it (Snowden) it’s treason apparently. If its the Government of the USA that supplies enemies (former or current) then it’s legal, isn’t it? As Nixon said ” if the President does it, it’s not illegal” or something like that.
Interesting if it got tested in the Supreme Court.
It cannot happen as long as Skeeter controls the DOJ. But technically, after he leaves office, another administration could (and probably should) charge him with treason.
Realistically this will never happen, as Skeeter is the ultimate Teflon Don.

So the gov is so upset about the killings at the Navy Yard, that they want to take your guns away. meanwhile the gov gives guns to the 50,000 extremists in Syria, because killing government employees in the US is bad but 50,000 people killing government employees, Christians and innocents in Syria is good.
