I’ve pointed out to Walsh several times that Colorado has had bigger rains in the past century, and he keeps lying about it.
There are more than 1,000 pinpoints on a US map and flash floods are usually highly localized events. Even if it was a one in a thousand year flood (which it isn’t), some place is going to get a one in a thousand year flood a few times a year.
