Global warming is a man-made phenomenon, caused by a few government scientists constantly tampering with data sets to make it appear that the Earth is warming.
The graph below shows the changes in reported GISS global temperatures between January 2012 and their current version. This is of course on top of all their previous data tampering.

If they were employed in the private sector, they would have been fired a long time ago.

That which cannot or is not measured, cannot be managed. Any attempt to do so will fail. If it appears to succeed, it is by accident only. Since there are more ways to fail at doing any given thing, ultimate failure is guaranteed. The more there is an attempt to correct for failure the more certain failure becomes.
Government is an institution that thrives on failure. Since Government has nothing at stake when it fails, it cannot learn from its failures. This is because everything the Government has is taken from the “citizens” bound to that government. The Government always concludes that it failed because it had not taken enough from its “citizens”. Failure then becomes the driving power to do more of the same to create still more failure. As long as the “citizens” don’t understand this, they keep falling for the same governmental scam that ALL Governments have used since the first Government. No good can come from this, never has, and never will.
The really interesting thing is that an economy cannot be measured. Any attempt to do so will fail in measuring sufficient detail, accuracy, and timeliness, Any top level decision (Governmental) will be based upon inadequate information that is too late to relate to what is going on. Hence, ALL top down economic decisions for the purpose of managing the economy by Government will fail. However, this does not stop Government from attempting to manage the economy. The fact that all such policies will fail, is the exact reason they they are attempted. Failure begets failure begets still more Government taking from its “citizens”. Thus the scam continues.
The above is true even if the most noble, honest, honorable, and well intended people are the top level decision makers. They can NEVER decide correctly because they are making decisions based upon fictions that cannot and will never reflect what actually is.
The communists killed 20 million people to take over Russia. They killed 30 million people to take over China. Lying about the climate to take over the UN is nothing.
Not unlike the original CO2/temperature graphs that showed the temps rising before the CO2 rose. Not often that the effect precedes the cause but my questions at the time did not stop the lies and they have tried to erase those graphs from our view.
It’s sad to think of how they destroyed a hundred years of scientific data just to win a political argument.
When hundreds of billions of government dollars are at stake ( grants and carbon credits) nothing is beneath these guys. The end justifies the means.
